URGENT HIRING – onsite in Karachi. Immediate joiners will be considered Shift Time (AEST) • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PST) • 9:00 AM – 06:00 PM (03:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST) Note: Shift will be assigned by the Manager as per business requirements. The shift may be changed based on business requirements, but not frequently. Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide technical support to business clients ?? Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, server, network, firewall, VPN, backup and endpoint issues ?? Manage tickets within SLA and maintain accurate documentation ?? Support client onboarding, maintenance and infrastructure changes ?? Escalate complex issues and work closely with senior engineers Requirements: ?? Previous minimum of 1 - 2 years of MSP support experience ?? Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills ?? Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking and security tools ??
